Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into on and is effective between Blue Star TV LLC and Client.

Blue Star TV LLC is owned by Mr. Cephus Kobe Solo, CEO, and managed by Mrs. Brenda Telma McGill-Solo.

Scope of Work

Blue Star TV LLC agrees to provide professional live and/or pre-recorded event coverage, along with edited pictures as agreed upon for the Client event.

Blue Star TV LLC agrees to provide professional coverage for and promises to produce high-quality, professional work. Final edited media will be delivered approximately one week after the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment Agreement

The Client agrees to pay Blue Star TV LLC the total amount of $ for hours of coverage beginning at AM/PM and ending at AM/PM.

At the time of signing this Agreement, the Client shall pay a non-refundable deposit of 30 percent to Blue Star TV LLC for the requested services. The deposit will be applied toward the total amount owed. The remaining balance must be paid one day before the event.

Cancellation Policy

All deposit fees are non-refundable. The Client may cancel this Agreement at any time; however, any deposit already paid shall remain non-refundable.

Agreement and Consent

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement may result in legal action as permitted by applicable law.
